The following terms and conditions are applied when customer using our Convert, Send/Transfer features and
by using these features, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

The Convert feature allows customers to exchange their original currency to the destination currency (for example, converting USDT to EUR or vice versa)

Physical Cash Send (transfer) order submission.

Pay cash to the recipient at destination by the PayRaf.

These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer when submitting their Send order:

“PayRafi Cash Transfer (Send) Terms and Conditions)”

1. Introduction
   This Cash Transfer T&C (“Terms and Conditions”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you can use PayRafi’s services to send cash to a recipient. By initiating a cash transfer, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
   To use PayRafi’s cash transfer services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have a verified PayRafi account in good standing.
• Complete all required identity and security verifications.

3. Source of Funds
   You certify that all funds used for this transaction are derived from legal and legitimate sources. You agree not to use PayRafi’s services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or funding terrorism. PayRafi reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
4. Cash Transfer Process
   You must provide accurate and complete information about the recipient.
   Ensure the cash amount does not exceed the transaction limits set by PayRafi.
   Pay any applicable fees as disclosed at the time of the transaction.
5. Collection and Timing
   The recipient must collect the cash from PayRafi’s partner’s address, provided upon transaction confirmation. The recipient must arrive at the partner’s location within the specified time window to collect the cash. The recipient is responsible for checking the bank notes at the partner’s site. Any claims regarding the condition or authenticity of the bank notes cannot be made once accepted.
6. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
   You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the cash transfer. Fees are non-refundable, even if the transfer is cancelled or not completed. You may cancel the cash transfer before a partner accepts your request without incurring additional fees. Once a partner accepts your request, you can still cancel, but the associated fees will be deducted from your refund. If the recipient fails to arrive within the specified time window, the order will be considered cancelled, associated fees will be deducted, and the remaining funds will be refunded to your account.
7. Liability and Indemnification
   PayRafi is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect recipient information provided by you.
   You agree to indemnify and hold PayRafi harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the cash transfer service.
8. Amendments
   PayRafi reserves the right to amend this T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised T&C on our platform.

Feature:

Bank Send (Bank transfer) order submission.

PayRafs deposit money to the recipient’s bank account at destination.

The customer can order PayRafi to deposit funds to their recipient bank account at the destination by one of the following methods:

Mobile banking app, PAYNOW app, or using a cash deposit machine (CDM).

These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer when submitting their Send order.

1. Introduction
   Welcome to PayRafi’s Bank Transfer Service. This User T&C (“Terms and Conditions”) governs your use of our Bank Transfer Service. By utilizing this service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Service Description
   PayRafi’s Bank Transfer Service enables users to transfer funds from their PayRafi account to a specified bank account. This service is contingent upon the availability of funds in the user’s account and adherence to our verification processes.

3. User Obligations

• KYC Compliance: Complete all required Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and provide accurate, current information.

• Accurate Information: Ensure the accuracy of the recipient’s bank account details. PayRafi is not responsible for errors in provided information.
• Legal Compliance: Confirm that the source of funds and the purpose of the transfer are legal. PayRafi is not responsible for verifying the legitimacy of funds or payment reasons.

4. Fees and Charges
   All applicable fees and charges will be disclosed prior to transaction completion. These fees are subject to change at PayRafi’s discretion.

5. Transaction Limits
   PayRafi may impose transaction limits based on various factors, including account type and transaction history.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Bank transfers cannot be cancelled once initiated. Contact PayRafi support immediately for any transaction concerns.

7. Processing Times and Receipts
   Processing Delays: Be aware of potential delays due to bank processing times and human errors.
   Traceable Receipt: PayRafi provides a traceable receipt for each transfer, confirming the transaction.

8. Liability and Indemnification
   PayRafi is not liable for losses due to incorrect bank account information provided by the user. Users agree to indemnify PayRafi against any misuse claims.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   PayRafi reserves the right to modify this Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
