As an Authorized Agent of PayRafi, you have specific rights and responsibilities. These Rights and Responsibilities include
Agent Rights:
- Authorized Representation: As a PayRaf, you have the right to represent PayRafi and act on its behalf in providing money transfer services to customers.
- Access to Technology and Tools: You will have access to the technology and tools necessary to facilitate money transfers. This includes the PayRafi app, PayRaf portal, and related systems required to process transactions, manage customer accounts, and access relevant information.
- Training and Support: Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out money transfer transactions, comply with regulations, and address customer needs. Resources and support channels are available to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Commission and Incentives: You have the right to earn commissions and incentives based on the volume and value of money transfers processed. Transparent information about commission structures is provided, with timely and accurate payments.
- Marketing and Promotion Materials and Activities: The marketing team is responsible for preparing marketing materials, social media marketing, videos, and other media to promote money transfer services. You have the right to utilize these materials and participate in marketing activities. This may include sharing marketing materials, participating in referral programs, customer loyalty programs, and affiliated programs. These activities aim to increase customer engagement and awareness, ultimately benefiting both parties by increasing sales and income.
Agent Responsibilities:
- Compliance with Regulations: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to money transfers, financial services, and customer data privacy. This includes adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) and customer identification requirements, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer data.
- Customer Service and Support: You are expected to provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for customers. This includes promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and assisting with money transfer needs. It is your responsibility to provide punctual services and process deposit and transfer services in a timely manner, adhering to specified times.
- Marketing and Promotion: You may be responsible for promoting money transfer services to potential customers. This can include using marketing materials provided, participating in co-branded campaigns, and actively engaging with the target audience to increase awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Accountability and Professionalism: You have the responsibility to act in the best interest of PayRafi and its customers, maintain professionalism, and uphold the company’s reputation. Conduct your business ethically and responsibly, ensuring the integrity of the money transfer process.
- Customer Dispute Resolution: You are responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and working closely to resolve any disputes or issues during the money transfer process. By actively engaging in dispute resolution practices and collaborating effectively, you contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold our brand’s reputation.
- Accounting and Record Keeping: You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date accounting records and keeping a thorough track of your transactions with the PayRafi platform. Regularly tally these records with the reports generated from your portal to ensure accuracy and alignment. This practice not only supports financial transparency but also aids in resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
