The following terms and conditions are applied when customer using our Deposit/Receive features and
by using these features, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Feature:
Cash Deposit order submission (The user physically delivers hard cash to agent).
These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer when submitting their cash deposit orders:
“PayRafi Cash Deposit Terms and Conditions”
- Quality of Bank Notes: The bank notes you deliver to our partners should be in good condition. They should not be old, torn, or defaced in any way.
- Printing Date of Notes: The bank notes should not be of a very old printing date. They should be of a recent enough issue to be widely accepted in normal transactions.
- Authenticity of Notes: The bank notes should be authentic and legal. Any counterfeit or fake notes are strictly prohibited.
- Source of Funds: The money you deposit should be from a legitimate source. Any funds derived from fraudulent activities or any form of crime are strictly prohibited.
- Customer Responsibility: As a customer, you are solely responsible for any problems associated with the cash you deliver. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from the quality, age, authenticity, or source of the notes.
- By using PayRafi’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your transaction and potential termination of your PayRafi account.

Bank Deposit order submission.
These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer when submitting bank deposit orders:
The customer uses their mobile banking app or PAYNOW app or visits a bank branch or uses cash deposit machine (CDM) to transfer funds to the bank account number provided by the PayRaf.
Note: PayNow is a fast bank transfer service that allows users to make payments using mobile numbers, or a company’s UEN (Unique Entity Number.
“PayRafi Bank Deposit Terms and Conditions”
- Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the process of depositing money into your PayRafi wallet using a bank transfer.
- Bank Transfer Request: When you request a bank deposit, eligible PayRafi partners will be notified. One of our partners will provide you with bank account details for the transfer.
- Transfer Details: Ensure that all bank transfer details, including the recipient’s name, bank account number, and any other required information, are correctly entered. PayRafi is not responsible for transfers made to incorrect bank details provided by the user.
- Source of Funds: All funds deposited into PayRafi should be from a legitimate and legal source. Any funds derived from fraudulent activities or any form of crime are strictly prohibited. PayRafi is not responsible for verifying the source of funds, and any legal consequences arising from illicit funds are solely the user’s responsibility.
- Amount Accuracy: Customers must ensure the amount they remit matches the bank transfer order submitted in the system. Remitting more than the specified amount can lead to potential issues. Banks may have regulations that block transfers exceeding certain amounts. Over-remittance can also result in the temporary or permanent suspension of our partner’s bank account. Customers who remit more than their specified order amount do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible for any consequences, including potential loss of funds.
- Transfer Confirmation: After completing the bank transfer, you must upload a clear and legible receipt or proof of transfer to PayRafi for verification. Failure to do so may result in delays or failure in crediting the amount to your PayRafi wallet.
- Wallet Top-Up: Once PayRafi verifies the bank transfer, the corresponding amount, minus any applicable fees, will be credited to your PayRafi wallet.
- Transfer Delays: While we strive to process all bank transfers promptly, there may be delays due to bank processing times, verification procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of PayRafi’s control.
- Partner Responsibility: PayRafi partners are responsible for providing accurate bank account details and for confirming the receipt of funds. Any discrepancies or disputes related to bank transfers should be reported to PayRafi immediately.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank transfer details, transferring the correct amount, and ensuring the legality of the source of funds. Any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect transfers, bank fees, or legal issues are the responsibility of the user.
- Changes to Terms: PayRafi reserves the right to modify, amend, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Uploading proof of deposit.
These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer right before uploading the proof of deposit screenshot or image:

- Authenticity: It is essential that all bank transfer receipts uploaded to PayRafi are genuine and accurately represent legitimate transactions. Uploading falsified, altered, or counterfeit receipts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
- Accuracy: The details on the receipt must match the information provided during the bank deposit request on PayRafi. This includes the amount, bank account details, tracking number, and the unique “Payment Description.
- Image Quality: Uploaded receipts must be clear, legible, and of high quality. The image should capture all essential details without any omissions. Blurred, obscured, or low-resolution images may not be accepted and can delay the verification process.
- Complete Information: When photographing the receipt, ensure that all relevant information is visible and not cut off. Missing or partial information can lead to delays or rejection of the deposit request.
- Timeliness: Customers must upload their bank transfer receipts within the specified timeframe as indicated in the bank deposit request. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of the deposit request.
- Privacy: PayRafi respects the privacy of its users. All bank transfer receipts are securely stored and are only accessed for verification purposes. No personal financial data from the receipt will be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user, except as required by law.
- Responsibility: While PayRafi takes measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the uploaded receipts, the customer is responsible for any personal information displayed on the receipt. We recommend redacting or obscuring any non-essential personal details before uploading.
- Verification: PayRafi reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the uploaded receipt with the issuing bank. Any discrepancies found may result in delays, additional verification requirements, or cancellation of the deposit request.
- Retention: PayRafi will retain the uploaded bank transfer receipts for a period consistent with regulatory requirements or as necessary for its operational needs.
- Disputes: In case of any discrepancies or disputes regarding the bank transfer, the uploaded receipt will serve as a primary reference. Customers are advised to retain their original receipts for their records.
- Amendments: PayRafi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance, and continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Feature:
Top up USDT wallet, USDT Deposit order submission by customer.
The customer utilizes their own USDT wallets outside of Payrafi to either send USDT to Payrafi’s wallet ID or requests to receive USDT from their friends. Afterward, they have the option to convert their USDT to other fiat currencies.
Note:
This feature is directly handled by Payrafi and customers will deposit USDT to Payrafi’s wallet directly and there is no PayRaf or third party involved.
These Terms and Conditions are applied to the customer when depositing USDT to the wallet address provided to them on their USDT wallet:
“PayRafi USDT Deposit Agreement”
This Agreement is made between you (“User”) and PayRafi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By depositing USDT to your wallet on PayRafi, you agree to the following terms:
- Deposit Authorization: You authorize PayRafi to facilitate the deposit of USDT to your designated wallet within the PayRafi platform.
- Verification: All deposits are subject to verification for security and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. PayRafi reserves the right to request additional documentation or information from you if deemed necessary.
- Deposit Limits: PayRafi may impose limits on the amount of USDT you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. These limits are subject to change at our discretion.
- Processing Time: While we strive to process deposits promptly, there may be delays due to network congestion, maintenance, or other unforeseen issues. PayRafi is not responsible for any delays outside of our control.
- Fees: There may be fees associated with depositing USDT to your wallet. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before completing the deposit.
- Security: You are responsible for ensuring the security of your PayRafi account. PayRafi will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account or any losses resulting from such unauthorized access.
- Termination: PayRafi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your ability to deposit USDT if you violate any terms of this Agreement or any other agreement you have with PayRafi.
- Changes to Agreement: PayRafi may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of the deposit service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
By depositing USDT to your PayRafi wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
