  • Right to Transparent Information: You have the right to transparent and comprehensive information about PayRafi’s services, terms and conditions, fees, transaction limits, and any other relevant details. We will provide clear and easily accessible information to ensure you are well-informed.
  • Right to Privacy and Data Protection: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. PayRafi, its sellers, agents, and service providers will handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.   • Right to Timely and Efficient Service: We strive to provide you with timely and efficient service. PayRafi, its sellers, agents, and service providers will process money transfers promptly and without undue delays, within the specified time mentioned in your transfer order notifications. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly and provide a satisfactory explanation.
  • Right to Accurate Transactions: PayRafi, its sellers, agents, and service providers are dedicated to executing money transfers accurately and without errors. If any errors or discrepancies occur, we will promptly investigate and rectify the issue. If you suffer any loss or lack of funds due to our negligence or mismanagement, we will provide you with appropriate compensation or refund.
  • Right to Financial Compensation: At PayRafi, we strive to ensure that all money transfers are processed within the timeframe as specified in your transfer order notifications. However, due to the dependency on third-party services, there may be instances where the specified timeframe is not met. In such events, if the issue is not resolved within one month, we will compensate you for the full amount of the delayed transaction as per the order.
